Hopson Flats is not your Mom’s house. Nor is it a college dormitory. These spaces were designed for you! You want a place that values your lifestyle and your independence. However, it’s still important for residents to respect each other and the building.

Before moving in, you’ll be asked to review the Hopson Flats Policies (66kb PDF) and agree to abide by them by providing management with a signed copy. Additional copies of the policies handbook will be available at the office.
