Hopson Flats offers 42 two-, three- and four-bedroom loft-style apartments with wood floors and high ceilings that will accommodate as many as 148 students.

Amenities include free high-speed Internet, free cable TV, optional in-unit Ethernet for gamers, convenient parking, fitness center, study lounge, entertainment/game room, laundry facilities, and more.
